  1. To develop the creative content, based on market research for the stations by deciding upon all the aspects related to the station, other than music, general.

  3. Will be responsible for complete planning, packaging and implementation of creative solutions for brand briefs received from clients/advertising agencies.

  5. To develop the sound of the station vis-a-vis the sound of the market by understanding the drivers that move the station and accordingly package MY FM for creating its position which is distinguished distinctively amongst the other competitors.
